What we collect

When you submit a project application, we collect the information you provide: your name, organization, email address, phone number, an optional website address, and your answers about the product you would like built.

Why we collect it

We use this information to understand your project, evaluate whether HAAPOWER is a good fit, respond to you, and — if we move forward — prepare a development approach or proposal.

How applications are used

Applications are stored in a private database that only authorized HAAPOWER administrators can access. We do not sell your information, and we do not publish it.

Data protection practices

Access to submitted applications requires authentication and administrator authorization. Information is transmitted over encrypted connections. We ask only for information needed for legitimate business purposes related to your project.

Security and trust

Each application is kept as its own separate record. A concept preview link only opens the one project it was created for, and you can switch that link off at any time. Other clients never see your answers, and your contact details are not shown on shared previews.

Platform administration does not mean default access to your project content. Our administrator view shows operational details by default (reference, status, project type, budget range, dates) and opens contact details and answers only for the record being worked on. Any future support access will require your explicit approval, a limited scope, an expiry time and an audit record; it is switched off today.

We limit repeated or automated submissions, check every answer before it is saved, and keep a record of blocked attempts without storing passwords, keys, or contact details in that record. The application does not currently accept file uploads; if uploads are added, files will be held back until they have been checked.

You may ask us to review, correct, or delete the information in your application. Contact information will be listed here once it is published.
