Using this application

This application allows prospective clients to describe a project they would like HAAPOWER to build. Please provide accurate information and only submit information you have the right to share.

An application is not a contract

Submitting a project application does not create a development contract and does not obligate HAAPOWER to accept, price, or begin your project. HAAPOWER may decline any application.

When a project begins

A project begins only after the appropriate agreements have been reviewed and executed by both parties. Any pricing, scope, timeline, or deliverables discussed before that point are preliminary.

Your content

You keep ownership of the ideas and materials you submit. We use them only to evaluate and, where applicable, plan your project.

Availability

This application is provided as-is. We may update, pause, or change it as the system develops.
